What is required to send a transfer;

• Please carry a passport along for identification;
• Give operator a transfer destination;
• Provide name, surname and phone number of the Beneficiary.

What is required to receive a transfer;

• Take along a valid passport;
• Provide operator with name and surname of person that have  effected the transfer;
• Know amount of transfer and it’s currency;
• Control number sequence should also be known.

Bank is not informing the Beneficiary about the transfer received in his/her name. It is a transfer originator privilege to contact Beneficiary and advise him/her the approximate time of transfer, control number sequence, transfer amount and currency, and the co-ordinates of the service point, where the transfer may be received.
